Imobiliaria is an emerging leader in the Brazilian residential real estate market.
Imobiliaria needed a well-crafted and dynamic brand identity highlighting the firm’s unique, design-forward approach. Overseeing the project from concept to completion, I developed a full suite of brand assets, including a comprehensive style guide, letterhead, business cards, document covers, social media templates, and envelope designs.
The opportunity:
After being unhappy with their initial branding concept from another agency, they sought an identity that would stand out to the public and agents alike. Different from what’s on trend and presented earlier.
At the same time, the firm wanted to showcase its forward-looking perspective and one-of-a-kind breadth of capabilities and depth of knowledge.
What the brand represents:
The agents' work represents more than a simple transaction––they are trusted advisors, interpreters of the market, community builders, and much more. The branding needed to convey just that. Clarity and warmth are two keywords that stood out from our discussions.
I created a brand identity that captures Imobiliaria’s unique position and transformative role in its clients’ lives.
